The services of an IEC center around providing guidance and a clear road map for students and families either at the college level, transitioning to the college level, or within k-12 programming. The reasons for this can be anything from recent immigration, to mental health crises, to a general incompatibility with a student’s current academic path. With an enduring, in-depth understanding of the US K-12 curriculum and higher education, Henry provides holistic support and coaching services to families under complex circumstances in order to ensure that their student(s) maintain a positive scholarly journey.

Henry has worked with families both as a consultant with parents and through mixed sessions with parents and students. From providing clear guidance and academic planning while immigrating to and from the United States to managing mental and medical health crises within a family unit, Henry has extensive experience in providing clear guidance to families in complex situations. 

IEC services are conducted with a mix of research, consultation meetings, and coaching sessions with students. The terms of working together will be offered after an evaluation. Due to the wide range of reasons that families seek IEC services, the recommended terms of this work can be anywhere from one month to one year+.
